Job Duties:

• Cooperate with marketing department to provide consultation on all marketing campaign, analyze and reporting works;
• Assist to formulate and implement digital marketing strategies with Marketing Department and IT Department;
• Analyze the traffic and generate analytics on website/ mobile performance;
• Assist marketing team to define the strategies and goals for SEO and SEM performance;
• Responsible for daily network &system administration, monitoring, maintenance and support.  

Requirements:

• University degree/Diploma holder in IT, e-commerce or related discipline with at least 5 years' experience in IT or Marketing field, preferable in hospitality industry;
• In all aspects of Digital Marketing including CRM Campaign, eDM, Content and Social Media etc;
• Knowledge in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and Google Keyword Tool etc;
• Broad understanding of Information Technology platforms and processes, including demonstrated knowledge of CRM, ERP solution and Social Media;
• Familiar with various office software system such as MS Windows Server, MS Office, MS SQL, etc., preferably with Java programming capability.
