Responsibilities: 

• Implement initiatives to achieve the Company’s strategic objectives
• Manage IT operation, budget and expenses
• Design, manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure
• Manage and enhance the Company quality standard
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, IT or relevant disciplines
• Over 5 years IT experience
• Minimum 2 years related experience in IT management
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and project management
• Proficient in Windows platform, cloud computing, mobile technology, Linux OS and networking technology
• Knowledge of management and budgeting operations
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English , Chinese and Mandarin
