Responsibilities:

• Understand new emerging technologies.

• Assess the core technologies of target companies to be acquired by the company.

• Approve new platform architecture to be deployed in new geographies.

• Lead project reviews of critical IT development programmes to ascertain adequacy of project and change management processes for effective implementation.

• Track and follow up open audit/regulatory issues related to IT to ascertain that they are timely and satisfactorily rectified.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business management or related disciplines

• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in IT system development and managing IT infrastructure, minimum 5 years’ in managerial post

• Conversant with architecting IT solution and components of an IT Service / System in financial industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
