Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone-in and email support enquiries in using our services
  • Provide Technical Support services including: Data Centre operations, equipment maintenance and service provisioning
  • Maintain accurate records, Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to upper tier
  • Install and de-install of customer server
  • Responsible for monitoring and control on the operations of service network and IT infrastructure in Data Center
  • Support all software and hardware; maintain internal network and server administration
  • Ad-hoc technical support during non-office hours is required
  • Shift duties or overnight shift is required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher diploma in Computing / Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 years’ experience in IT industry will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Web Server, FTP Server, DNS, Email Server, Exchange Server, TCP/IP
  • Customer service or help desk experience in call centre is an advantage
  • Fast typing in both English & Chinese
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Good troubleshooting skill and ability to quickly learn and work with new system and infrastructure
  • Recent Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Candidate with no experience are also welcome to apply for Trainee positions, and on-the-job training will be provided.
