Responsibilities:

• Manage and support user devices, including but not limited to, desktop in Win and Mac, mobile in iOS and android, etc
• Manage and control company devices, including Win AD server, hosting server and domain management, router and AP management, webmail platform, NAS and IoT, etc
• On site support of devices, including,Point of Sales System, AP, and WinTel devices, etc
• Manage and conduct data replication
• Ad-hoc project assigned by management
• Experience of direct user support is an advantage

Requirement

• Fundamental knowledge of Windows and Win Server, hosting, webmail control, router and AP management
• Experience in F&B and POS system is an advantage
• History in remote control support is a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Able to travel to Macau is necessary
• Immediate available is highly preferred
