Responsibilities

• Upkeep of all office IT equipment and ensuring are always well organized, clean and stocked;
• Plans and implements any required upgrades of the software and hardware systems to ensure optimal function and repair ability;
• Assist development for internal new projects and existing services enhancements
• Provide technical support for Firewall, Network Switches, MS Windows Office applications and other hardware and software applications
• Provide efficient operational support and technical services to users
• Perform system administration and management, security configuration, server maintenance and inventory
• Provide technical and consultative advices and training to users
• Liaising with external vendors and managing their internal tasks;
• Support ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements

• Higher diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Information System or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 1 – 2 years relevant experience in IT support, system installation and maintenance;
• Knowledge on IT hardware and network equipment (switch, router, firewall, servers, printers, NAS, etc.) is preferable;
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Experience and basic knowledge of networking, Microsoft/Linux server and HTML;
• Knowledge of basic programming knowledge (PHP) is advantage but not necessary;
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows 7/10 and MS Office;
• A good team player with ability to work independently coupled with good communications skill;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
