Job duties

• Invoice validation
• Follow up with the factories for order distribution and shipments
• Data entry on SAP system
• Support warehouse inventory management
• Co-ordinate with the sub-contractor in Hong Kong for the RMA

Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline, degree in logistics is highly preferable
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Good Mandarin and English are preferred
• Immediate available will be a great advantage
• Fresh Graduate or candidate with less experience will be considered

• France based high tech healthcare product company since 2008.
• Products designed in France mainly to work with iOS and Android based smartphone devices.
• Strong R&D team in France and experienced sales team in US and Europe.
• Operation centre in Hong Kong is now recruiting staff to manage sub-contract factories.
