Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all fresh market leasing in Hong Kong, including but not limited to data processing and updating, documents preparation, rates adjustment, license agreement renewal, filing and deposit refund or received
- Maintain accuracy database and systematic filing system
- Handle daily leasing operation enquires, client and tenancy liaison, marketing, promotion counter and all tenancy matters
- Liaise with tenants and relevant parties; monitor the progress of assigned projects
- Be responsible for any ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Degree or above in real estate, marketing with 2 years experience in leasing / real estate / Sales & Marketing or related field is preferred
- Well-organized, adaptable, detail-minded and multi-tasking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge in using computerized data system is an added advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
