Responsibilities

• Working closely with business development and store managers to develop ideas for promotional marketing campaigns, sales strategy and services/products development
• Attending meetings and sharing ideas at brainstorming sessions, reporting back details of discussions
• Writing and proofreading sales material both in Traditional Chinese and English
• Monitoring and analyzing sales activities progress, producing status reports and executing improvement for the next period
• Negotiating and preparing the terms of contract and closing sales
• Maintaining information on projects and clients
• Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks
• Liaise with suppliers/channels to develop marketing program and prepare marketing materials;
• Work with operation team to implement sales promotion plans to maximize sales performance;
• Report to Marketing Manager
• Travel to China countries when necessary.

Requirements

• A university degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia or related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing with at least 1 years’ solid digital marketing experience with hand-on knowledge and proven track record in designing and implementing digital marketing programs in Hong Kong and China
• Passion in digital industry
• Knowledge in video production is a plus
• Demonstrated as a creative person in brainstorming and idea generation, concepts and strategy lead to creation of strong visual communication
• Excel in social, communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge and experience in the medical industry is an asset
• A strong knowledge in website management, interactive commerce, social media, SEO, brand development and content creation
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work independently and being good team player
• Good command of written and spoken and English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
