主要職責：

1. 負責開拓中港兩地的物業融資市場.

2. 負責提供建議,優化客戶的信貸狀況

3. 融資方案設計、與銀行及融資機構溝通

4. 處理公司與融資、貸款相關的各種事宜；

5. 負責各種融資方式的分析及推廣活動;

6. 協助客戶提供融資抵押的貸款文件

聘用資格：

1. 中五或以上程度,持有工商管理、財務、金融、經濟等相關專業學位以上學歷優先。

2. 工作經驗1-2年。應屆畢業生可考慮。

3. 具備和銀行及大客戶溝通的能力和技巧，富於開拓創新精神。
   

4. 能透過電話,與客戶妥善溝通,具有良好的服務意識。
   

5. 流利的廣東話，需表達能力較強。

6. 有良好的組織管理和協調能力和應變能力。
   

Work content:

1. Responsible for Hong Kong and China loans and funding schemes.

2. Provide valuable credit advise to customer for improving credit status.

3. Responsible for banking operations of various documents related businesses. 

4. Participate in the negotiations with banks and financial institutions

5. Maintaining relationships with major clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. From 5 certificate, university graduation in finance and business may have priority consideration.

2. 1-2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduates are welcomed.

3. Ability to communicate with clients through telephone is a must.

4. Fluent spoken in Cantonese; excellent with interpersonal skill.

5. With a strong ability to independently develop the market. 

6. With good organization, management, communication and coordination capacity, strong social skills.
