Job Responsibilities：
1, Develop and maintain relationships with HK banks and financial institutions to build, expand financing channels, according to the group financing demand.
2,Writefinancing proposals, follow up the bank financing requirements and arrangements, capital supervision and financing evaluation
3. Evaluate and negotiate favorable financing terms;
4.Help the company to issue bond and raising new money in the capital markets.
Job requirements:
1. At least 5 years working experience in banking or financial institutions, including financing plan design
2, familiar with the banking business and factoring financing product knowledge, understanding of the bank financing evaluation process; with the financial market
3, With the bank negotiation and financing arrangement skills, develop feasible financing plan;
4, with the experience of issuing bonds;
5, with open market financing experience of listed companies.
