The Procurement Manager (Indirect Spend) will report to the Head of Finance and will assume primary accountability on:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage indirect procurement categories:

• Conduct tenders and prepare evaluation and analysis of offers and contracts in accordance with their business suitability and the principle of best total value
• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and manage supplier relationships to obtain maximum value for the company's investment
• Actively seek to consolidate demand, optimize category procurement and employ best practices for each category
• Process purchase transactions as applicable

2. Support in rolling out regional procurement strategies in the Hong Kong office:

• Conduct spend analysis and assessment of business opportunities
• Work together with Regional Procurement to consolidate categories and take advantage of regional spend leverage

3. Other responsibilities:

• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual terms and conditions
• Improve systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency
• Actively collaborate with Marketing and Sales, Finance, Legal and other departments and promote a culture of spending awareness and obtaining Value for Money from indirect investments
• Ensure procurement activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies

Requirements

1. Experience and qualification

• University degree
• 5 years of above indirect procurement experience
• Knowledge in media buying is advantageous
• Excellent English language skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
