Key responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries from customers / overseas office  through layout review to development of samples including problem solving for Hangtags, Printed & Woven Labels
• Coordinate customers' instructions with suppliers to ensure all details are met
• Ensure quality standards are meet company requirement
• Follow up and evaluating supplier performance
• Ensure all product development are completed within the requested deadline

Requirements:

• F.7 with min. 2 years relevant experience in garment trims
• Experience in dealing with overseas customers/offices is an advantage
• Independent, well organized and detail-minded, capable to monitor vendors performance and source vendors for new items
• Proactively provide feedback to management and overseas offices on potential problems
• Details minded and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
• Good in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
• Immediate available is highly preferred
