• Diploma in apparel, textiles or related disciplines preferred
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in garment manufacturing industry in USA/EEC markets
• Experience in product development, handling sample orders and follow up production orders
• Self-motivated, detail minded, capable to work under pressure and work independently
• Good command of spoken & written English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Travel to Dongguan, China and Overseas is required
