Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Company Secretary in handling general company secretarial matters for Hong Kong and offshore companies within the listed group.
• Maintaining statutory and regulatory records of the listed group
• Assisting the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory matters of the listed group
• Assisting in preparation of announcements, circulars, annual and interim reports and all statutory and regulatory documents
• Supporting the Company Secretary on all duties required to be performed or customarily performed by the company secretary of a listed company
• Providing corporate secretarial support for projects as required

Requirements

• Degree holder and associate member of HKICS
• A minimum of 5 years’ corporate secretarial working experience in listed companies
• With sound knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules, ongoing compliance requirements for companies under common law jurisdictions, and other compliance regulations 　
• Familiar with corporate governance　
• High integrity, responsible and detail orientated individual with good commands of written and spoken English and Chinese
