Job Responsibility
- Receptioning, administrative & support to designer and administration works in office.
- Translate & prepare correspondence & presentation materials, maintain proper filing system, perform ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Associate / High Diploma
- At least 1-3 years relevant working experience
- Experience in design industry is a definite asset
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized and willing to learn
