Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the overall property management functions and carry out administrative / clerical duties
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated in Property Management / Housing Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience gained in property management
  • Proactive, detailed-minded and well organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
