Our client is an MNC Global Forwarder and they are now looking for candidate for following position

(Asst.) Customer Support Officer (Logistics)  

Job duties:

• Follow up assigned clients account for shipment booking & tracing.        
• Coordinate with internal departments for ensure on time delivery, warehouse, space available for inbound & outbound goods .  
• Assist Sales Representative to submit Quotation to clients, checking new and renewal contract of clients from time to time.       
• To prepare relevant data reports to Division Manager.       

Requirements:

• F.7 / Diploma Holder at Logistics is an advantage.
• At less 1 to 2 year relevant working experience (CS support to corporate clients)
• Good presentation skill and phone manner. 
• Good command of English, Mandarin and native Cantonese.
• Proficiency in MS Office. 
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Asst. Customer Support Officer
