Responsibilities:

• Handle shipping documents,
• Tradelink declaration, 
• Prepare customer packing list, label making.
• To liaise with internal CS staff for shipping arrangement
• Coordinate with forwarders / couriers for shipment arrangement
• Ad hoc project or admin work as assigned

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience in electronics component trading company.
• Proficient in PC operations (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Chinese word processing etc.)
•  Proficient in Tradelink and Bar Tender Designer operation knowledge is preferred.
• Detail oriented, high sense of responsibility, obedience, stable and willing to learn; able to work independently.
• Immediately available.
