Duties include but not limited to:

• Promote an environment of “customer obsession” for the customer service team in order to create happy, engaged, repeat customers 
• Create sample telephone scripts for use during in-bound customer service calls 
• Take ownership of customer/ merchant issues and follow problems
• Handle customer/ merchant inquiries and service requests in a good manner through email and phone calls (and sometimes face to face) for price.com.hk
• Handle and resolve customer/ merchant complaints
• Identify customers/ merchants’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/ or alternatives

Requirements:

• HKALE/HKDSE or above
• 3 years related working experience or above
• Experience in customer service will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and good telephone manner
• Well-organized, independent and able to handle multi-tasks
• Punctual, open-minded, honest, polite
• Team Work, Strong sense of responsibility, Self-initiated and able to work independently
• Basic computer knowledge
• Language: Fluent Cantonese, English and some Mandarin
