JOB SUMMARY :
- Property Sales to Japanese people and Japanese company.
- More than 95% of our sales is leasing residential property agent business to Japanese people
- Peak season will be march to April
- 3 Japanese and 4 Hong Kong people engage as sales person
- We have many existing client so no need to do cold calling, we can get business from existing client
- You need to work on weekend if necessary and compensatory leave is provided
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
- Education: Min. Diploma Degree
- Language: Japanese (JLPT N2), Cantonese, English
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales or leasing experience in Property Industry
- Candidate must be License holder for property agent
