Job Responsibilities:

• Report to IT Manager
• Provide IT support to both office & retail shops (for the system in retail shops, liaise with vendors)
• Offer support on software applications, server operation, hardware maintenance
• Assist in budgeting

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Studies or IT related disciplines
• At least 5 years of IT or System Support experiences in retail industry
• Solid experiences in VMware, Active Directory, Anti-spam, Exchange
• Good understanding about Windows OS and Window Server administration plus basic Linux administration
• Good communication & project management skill
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
