SUMMARY:

• Specialising in Automated options, Futures and Equities Trading
• As a system engineer, you will work alongside our traders and other engineers to come up with innovative solutions to existing daily challenges

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support to traders and developers
• Collaborate with our traders, developers, and other engineering teams to sustain a high quality production trading environment
• Support and automate infrastructure solutions that host proprietary trading applications
• Conduct datacenter maintenance and planning
• Perform system administration and maintenance
• Assist senior engineers with day-to-day tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree educated along with 4- 8 years working experience within banking environment
• Desktop support experience with Linux and Windows
• Proven technical problem solving skills with the ability to quickly prioritize issues based on urgency
• Basic proficiency in a scripting language (Python, Powershell, other)
• Previous experience with ticketing / issue management systems required
• Availability for on-call when applicable
• Nice to have data center experience
