Post 1: Technical Service Specialist (a big Telecom group) 

• Diploma or above;
• 2 years of experience in technical support, familiar with broadband/ mobile would be an advantage;
• Fresh graduates are also welcome;
• Provide technical support via helpdesk hotline and email;
• Good communication and customer service skills;
• Good command of both English and Chinese;
• Willing to shift and work on Saturday and Sunday.

Remarks: 

• Monthly salary: HK$13K - 16K  + discretionary bonus;
• Working location: Mei Foo;

Post 2: Assistant/ Senior Engineer/ Technical Service Executive 

• School Certificate or above;
• 1 year or above experience in technical support;
• Fresh graduates are also welcome;
• Knowledge in Web server, Email server, and System Administration would be an advantage;
• Provide technical support via helpdesk hotline and email;
• Good communication and customer service skills;
• Good command of both English and Chinese;
• Willing to shift and work on Saturday and Sunday.

• Monthly salary: HK$13K - 16K  + discretionary bonus;
• Working location: Kwun Tong;
• Good fringe benefits e.g. medical, banking holiday, etc. will be provided.
