Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supply chain management, including supplier sourcing, cost and price negotiations, handling quotations, samples and goods production
• Responsible for calculating price breakdown, price control, price negotiation with suppliers
• Research and Development, sourcing, search new styles, collections for Product Management & Design Teams’ selection
• Liaison with internal European buyers and production team to understand their market trends in order to source for different garment products for head office
• Follow up closely on production schedule and ensure timely delivery
• Act as the bridge between internal Product Management teams and factories & suppliers and fabric mills in China, Bangladesh and other emerging markets 
• Build up and maintain good relationship with key suppliers to deliver improved supply chain efficiently including greater flexibility, shorter lead times, re-engineering and margin improvements
• Co-ordinate with internal supporting teams such as Quality Assurance, Technical Support & Logistics to ensure the smooth workflow

Requirements:

• College or University graduates, preferably in textile & clothing related disciplines
• Minimum 5-8 years’ relevant experience in either Woven or Outdoor items 
• Good communication skill, initiative, well-organized and attentive to details
• Order follow up ranged from sample development to bulk production
• Experience working with European markets and have off-shore exposure
• Ability to resolve production problems
• Energetic and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook Express
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
