Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and delivery operations
• Key account management, develop strong working partnership with customer by improving current workflow
• Lead the team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations from order creation, receiving, put away, picking, packing, dispatch and return process
• Be accountable on inventory accuracy and order fulfillment
• Closely monitoring KPIs and take immediate remedy corrective action for improvement

Requirements

• High diploma or above with relevant certificate in Logistics or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations with at least 2 years at Supervisory level (preferably in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry)
• Solid experience in managing performance by metrics
• Good understanding on quality management (i.e. ISO, GDP, GSDP, etc.)
• Excellent leadership with good problem-solving, communication & interpersonal skills
• Customer-focus, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English & Chinese, Mandarin a plus
