The Job:

• Design delivery routes
• Monitor Daily Operations of Transportation and review the store delivery procedures
• Ensure the delivery teams to follow the SOP and achieve departmenta KPIs
• Deal with delivery contractors to perform store delivery with efficient and contribute to the agreed service level to stores
• Hold regular meeting with delivery contractors to review the agreed KPIs
• Ensure all goods return and delivery tools would be return to warehouse after completion assignment by delivery teams
• Handle complaint cases
• Ensure the delivery documents/data in properly recording and storing
• Perform a high standard of housekeeping, hygiene, health and safety
• Build and train up self-delivery teams

The Person:

• Diploma or above in Logistics/ Supply Chain management or related discipline
• With 5 years or above management experience in sizable distribution operations
• Holder of valid HK driving license(Class 18: 16 tonnesTruck)
• Possess good planning skills for distribution activities and good knowledge of distribution management system
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, problem solving skills, and communication skills across different levels
• Working experience at different working shifts is preferred
• Shift duty is required (19:00-03:30)
• Good command of English
