Responsibilities: As a member of the Development Team, the Development Manager (Donations) will manage all matters related to donations, including development of prospects, management and enhancement of the donor database, servicing of donors and patrons, planning and execution of donation campaigns, as well as other donation activities aimed at driving fundraising income essential for the Festival’s continuous growth and development.

Requirements:

• University graduate with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in fundraising for non-profit organizations;

• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English;

• Detail-oriented, with good interpersonal, presentation and computer skills;

• A good team player;

• Good supervisory skills;

• Knowledge of the performing arts is an advantagebut not essential.

   

Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager.

This is a contract post renewable on a yearly basis.

The Hong Kong Arts Festival is a non-profit organization committed to enriching the cultural life of the city.  It presents around 130 performances by top local and international talent in February and March each year, and organises a wide range of auxiliary and educational events.
