Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise a small accounts team;
• Review accounting vouchers, documents and reports prepared by subordinates;
• Prepare timely financial and management reports, budgets and cash flows;
• Assist in improving internal control policies and procedures;
• Good knowledge in HK and PRC taxation, accounting rules and regulations;
• Liaise with counter-parties e.g. vendors, bankers, auditors and other service providers;
• Closely cooperate with Shanghai auditors for any related accounting duties;
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by Managing Director.

Job Requirements :

• Degree or above in Finance or Accounting;
• At least 5 years solid experience in accounting / auditing of which minimum 2 years in supervision position;
• Experience in China accounting and taxation is a must;
• Familiar with i-Trader system is highly preferred;
• Excellent interpersonal skill and strong analytical mind;
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua;
• Occasional travel to China is required;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accounting Manager;
• Immediately available is preferable.
