Candidates should be:

• Form 5 or above
• with 1- 2 years accounting /clerical experience
• Good command of Cantonese and English and fair Putonghua
• Proficiency in computer usage including MS Word and Excel
• LCCI Level 1 or equivalent accounting qualification 
• responsible and well-organized person

Job Responsibilities include:-

• prepare purchase journal and payment voucher
• arrange payment to suppliers and other adminstrative expenses
• assist in preparation of audit schedules and management reports
• perform any other accounting, and administrative duties as assigned.
