Job description and responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in full range of marketing activities such as advertising, promotion activities, research, project preparation, etc.;
• Provide full clerical support to Project Manager;
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of project;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned;
• Follow up customer’s enquiry and prepare the quotation;
• To coordinate with in-house designers & contractors for the arrangements of the event / project (promotion campaign, event decoration, roadshow and exhibition)

Job requirements

• Degree or above in Marketing or event management subjects;
• 3 years related working experience;
• Responsible, well-organized;
• Presentable with good interpersonal skills;
• Good team player;
• Able to meet tight timeline and willing to work overtime;
• Willing to travel occasionally;
• Good comment of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Salary: 13K - 15K
