• Bachelor degree holder of Marketing, Business Administration.
• At least 8 years solid working experience in High-end Fashion Retail Company managing multiple locations; proven track record for sales growth and market development in Hong Kong and China market.
• Analyze and understand the customers/market needs and tailor marketable brand development planning.
• Expand wholesale business in the China.
• Strong relationship in shopping mall and sales network in China and Hong Kong.
• Sensitive and acute understanding of fashion trends and competitors
• Work on sales and OTB budgets, management of the store P&Ls for maximizing profitability in each location.
• Develop and roll out marketing initiatives not limits to sales promotions and levy available resources in order to boost up sales
• Be proactive to create an environment in each store where the customer feels the luxury atmosphere created by the brand
• Deliver superior customer service and train up associates to be highly consumer focused
• Demonstrate the capability to increase turnover, profitability and manage sales growth within current/past roles
• Provide executive leadership to increase the effectiveness and scale of the sales volume.
• Able to inspire, motivate and lead retail teams to achieve profit target
• Capable of working under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Strong interpersonal presentation and communication skills to both written and spoken in English and Chinese;
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese;
• Immediate available is preferred
