The Job

• Clients: 1) Property Developers, 2) REITs
• Positions: Senior Leasing Manager / Leasing Manager / Assistant Leasing Manager
  
• Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of retail properties and lead a team for retail leasing - Tenancy management; New tenants acquisition and lease renewal; market analysis, promotion planning, develop pricing strategies, etc to boost lease revenue.
• $35-70K. 5 day, Bonus, Medical

Requirements

• Tertiary educated
• Professional qualification is preferred but not a must
• Min. 8 years leasing experience preferably gained with property developers, of which at least 4 years in managerial level
• Strong experience in retail property market
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
• More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Leasing Manager
