Job Duties

1. coordinate with customers, factories and Japanese manager
2. follow up order statuses, arrange shipments, evaluate forecasts
3. handle simple administrative, accounting and HR duties
   

Requirements:

- Form 5 (HKCEE) graduated or equivalent

- has 3 years relevant experiences, experienced in manufacturing industry is preferred.

- good PC knowledge, including Chinese word processing

- good command of English and Mandarin, knowledge of Japanese is not necessary but can be a plus.

- strong sense of responsibility, flexible, self-motivated and well-organized

- able to work independently

- immediate available is preferred
