Job Duties

l   Report to the Financial Controller

l   Prepare monthly financial reports, consolidated accounts and analyses for management review

l   Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and expenditure plan for management’s decision making

l   Ensure compliance of applicable accounting standards, rules and regulations

l   Ensure internal control procedures are in place and provide advice on improvement

l   Work closely with internal departments in developing and enhancing processes on business operations

l   Provide support to external auditors in annual audit, interim review and prepare reporting package

l   Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements

l   Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

l   Qualified Accountant of HKICPA / ACCA is preferred

l   Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience

l   In-depth understanding of Listing Rules and accounting standards applicable in Hong Kong

l   Good interpersonal and communication skills

l   Reliable, self-motivated, independent and hard-working, able to handle multi-task with tight deadlines

l   Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

l   Immediate availability is highly preferred
