1. Responsible for the reception, registration and guidance of all clients in Hongkong Office
2. Responsible for fax, email collection, distribution and notification

工作內容：

1. 負責公司香港辦公場所的所有來訪客戶的接待、登記、導引等工作。

2. 負責公司傳真、電子郵件的收取、分發與通知工作。

3. 負責公司電話接聽，定期維護、保養話機，並保持辦公室環境清潔、安靜。

4. 負責應聘人員的表單填寫和通知相關部門人員面試工作。

5. 負責考勤登記、錄入與匯總工作；

6. 負責辦公用品的申購、領用登記等工作；

7. 負責公司通訊、水、電費等費用通知的提轉財務按時交納工作；

8. 負責香港辦公室人事行政工作，對接總部相關部門；

9. 完成上級臨時交辦的其他任務。
