Our client is a well-known and awarded Architectural & design practice based in Hong Kong, provides urban design, health care design, commercial developments, educational building, Science Park etc. in Hong Kong, Mainland and South-east Asia. They are looking for a sensible and intermediate level HR candidate for their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full employment cycle, including job advertisement posting, interview conducting, offer making and contract preparation, salary recommendation and on boarding and induction process for new hires
• Handle monthly payroll calculations, MPF, taxation, staff records maintenance, benefit administration and etc.
• Prepare and update various HR related reports for management review
• Update and review HR policies and procedures from time to time in compliance with the Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance
• Assist in handling annual HR projects including performance appraisal, annual salary review and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid human resources experience in Architectural / Interior Design background
• Strong working knowledge of labour markets and legal requirements in HK & PRC.
• Hands on experiences in payroll and HRIS system is a MUST
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all staff
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; good
• Pleasant personality, detail-minded and with a mature mindset
• Occasionally travel to PRC is required.
