Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, issue invoices, communicate with retail channel sales staff to resolve any related issues; 
• Coordinate with our Operations department to ensure on-time delivery of products
• Provide administrative support to the sales teams, including compilation of daily sales report and coordination of sales promotions activities;
• Other office admin related work assigned.

Key Requirements

• 1-3 years’ sales operations experience, supply chain experience is an advantage;
• Self-motivated with an ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines;
• Detail orientated with a passion for getting things right first time;
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Proficient PC skills.
