Job Description

Our client is the market leader in the building materials industry who is a manufacturer of interior finishing products such as ceramic tiles, interior textiles, interior glass, etc while working with some of the largest property developers, interior design and architecture firms across the Asia Pacific.

• Handle office administrative & finance duties

• Liaise with overseas factory for order processing and order fulfillment

• Support daily operation

• Support sales teams for delivery and sample arrangement

• Arranging shipment and delivery goods to site or office

• To assist in Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above with 3+ years of working experience preferred
  • Experience in Sales support
  • Responsible, flexible and work well under minimum supervision
  • PC knowledge, excellent with excel
  • Good communication skill in written & spoken English, and Chinese.
