Global Capital Financing Department

Responsibilities:

• Drive whole international rating process, coordinating with external Rating Agencies
• Familiar with financial modeling, credit analyze, rating presentation preparing
• Manage quality of documentation in both English and Chinese
• Liaise with deal origination team, relationship managers, legal and compliance, etc

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business/ Finance/ Law, preferably with MBA/ CFA
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• With a minimum of 3 years of experience in fixed income, especially in credit evaluation of client
• Strong analytical orientation, knowledge of credit, risk and structural issues
• Strong interest in financial services markets and trends
• Candidates with previous working experience of international rating agencies (S&P, Moody's or Fitch) are strongly preferred
