Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Report to HR & Administration Manager

- Coordinate meetings/conferences and greeting guests

- Handle daily office administration matters such as mailing and courier service, stationery supply, office equipment administration, facilities maintenance

- Handle payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax filing and employee benefits matters

- Handle leave management, maintain HR database information

- Perform ad hoc duties and outdoor duties are required as assigned by HR & Administration Manager

 Requirements:

- Diploma or above, training in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

- Cheerful, meticulous, patience, independent with high initiatives and able to work under pressure

- 5 years solid and hands on experience in payroll, office administration, benefits administration

- Well versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance MPF, Taxation and other HR related legislations

-Proficient in MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Chinese Word processing

-Immediately available is preferred
