Responsibilities:     

• Deliver new leads and customers, generate revenue and drive usage initiatives via online;
• Promote online as a business channel to meet sales targets and deliver e-initiatives;
• Explore new opportunities and assumes the role of a subject matter expert pertaining to digital media planning, social media and mobile advertising;
• Perform regular competitive analysis, MIS reports and ensures monthly expenses are accrued;
• Ensure all online customer communication reinforces our brand identity;
• Own the online customer experience and be the customer voice;
• Champion new market trends and interactive opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or Business related disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years marketing and/or digital media experience;
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills;
• Self-initiative, creative and with good commercial business sense;
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, negotiation and project management skills;
• Experience in a supervising/managerial role is preferred;
• Previous experience in Banking and Finance industry is preferred;
• Knowledge of online marketing is a definite advantage;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
