• Identify and introduce new credit card products to meet business objectives
• Manage different kinds of credit card and e-commerce related products from design to implementation
• Develop and drive effective programs on card product development
• Evaluate market requirements to determine product specifications, pricing policies and be fully responsible for new product development
• Liaise with various counterparties including regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Economic or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' relevant working experience in banking/financial products sector for new product development duties, knowledge in credit card is a strong advantage
• Creative and business minded with excellent marketing skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Product Development Manager
