Job Description
Leading the Customer Experience Marketing & Campaign Management team, the incumbent will assist the Department Head to:
- Plan the short to medium strategies to maximize up-selling & cross-selling opportunities of Company's existing customers in meeting the business target;
- create and continuous enhancement of predictive modelling in improving marketing campaign effectiveness;
- Maximize campaign execution efficiency;
- Enhance distribution channel communication;
- Provide ad-hoc business analyses necessary in recommending business solutions to senior management team of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Continuous development & knowledge build-up of Team members in campaign execution, including the application of analytics model into customer campaigns;
- Work closely with Customer Data Management team in building & enhancement of Single Customer View data mart;
- Provide guidance to team members in smooth campaign execution;
- Drive and provide necessary customer behavioral insights (including segmentation) to formulate annual customer contact plan and enhance customer campaign results by application of customer analytics and improvement of customer experience;
- Lead the team members in deriving the propensity / predictive models to maximize customer response in customer up-selling / cross-selling campaigns;
- Work with different departments in enriching and/or updating existing customer information for marketing purposes
- Management of promotional budget.
- Work closely with Group Office counterpart in alignment of the Company strategies;
- Assist Department Head as a gate keeper in recommending promotional appeals arrangement
- Promote to distribution channels, especially agency, on the benefits of CSVM campaigns.
- Provide support and coordinate with other departments in association with the execution of the Company’s strategic initiatives (e.g. iMO, EoDB, Datawarehouse)
- Support ad-hoc business initiatives to senior management team of the company so as to achieve or out-perform preset company targets
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial, Business, Marketing, or Statistics with at least 12 years’ relevant experience on business analyses, business development, and database marketing.
- Expertise in marketing, quantitative / qualitative research methodologies, demonstrated understanding of database infrastructure, and predictive analytics in predicting customer behaviors.
- Prior experience in financial institutions and knowledge of insurance business is preferred.
- Results focused, with a track record of achievement
- Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill in English
- Strong presentation skills;
- Excellent team player
