• Assist the Team Head in delivering key performance indicators of the unsecured lending business and perform portfolio management of the business;
• Develop short and long term product and marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver the key performance indicators of the secured lending businesses including drawdown, outstanding, revenue, etc.
• Analyze customer/product MIS and market information to understand customer behavior, market trend and our gaps for continuous improvement.
• Derive new product ideas and channel strategies to improve market awareness and market share.
• Develop pricing strategies, monitor profitability of products and carry out appropriate actions to deliver profitability targets.
• Direct planning, implementing and monitoring of marketing campaign performance and competitiveness so as to achieve aggressive business targets.
• Derive channel strategies and monitor sales channels to achieve business targets.
• Drive process improvement and system enhancement projects so as to improve product features, efficiency and customer experience. 
• Work closely with Credit team and Operation team to enhance credit policy and operation workflow.
• Control and manage marketing budget and ensure effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns.
• Prepare relevant business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.
• Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates as required.  Ensure regular review of performance and prompt feedbacks are given to the subordinates.
• Understand the relevance and meaning of all relevant bank policies, guidelines and procedures, including but not limited to those related to AML, data protection, code of conduct, internal control, risk management, etc. and fully comply with them.
• Report timely any unusual transaction / activity suspicious of money laundering to Compliance Department; and malpractice/ irregularity identified to supervisor.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of product experience in managing retail banking products, preferable lending products
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Creative and strong marketing sense
• Sensitive in numbers
• Good product development and project management skills and is result-oriented
• Good interpersonal skill and presentation skill.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
