Responsibilities:

• Work closely bank partner including sales head to formulate business strategies with the aim of maximizing market shares within sales channels
• Conduct branch visit, coaching, training, market and product briefing to sales staff to enhance their functional competencies and professionalism in the course of interacting with customers
• Review the business plan progress and take appropriate actions in order to achieve business goals

Requirements:

• A bachelor degree in any discipline
• At least 6 years’ experience in the insurance business and selling insurance products, preferably related to universal life products to High Net Worth customers
• Appropriate professional insurance qualifications and licenses
• Strong presentation skills, fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC skills: Power Point, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
