Our client is a leading Chinese securities firm with SFC Type 1,4,6,9 licenses. To cope with the fast expansion, they are looking for high caliber candidates to join the team focusing on IPO, M&A and any corporate advisory etc.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate finance assignments, including IPOs, M&A, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities;
• Assess potential deals, originate and execute new business transactions and maintain client relationships;
• Coordinate and carry out due diligence activities and documentation works
• Provide such other assistance as requested by superiors, including deal origination supports
• Keep abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations;

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business related disciplines with at least 3-5 years relevant experience in investment banking or financial services industry;
• Proven track record of successful corporate finance transaction execution in IPO, debt issuance and/or Takeover transactions.
• Holder of SFC Representative License of RA6 
• Familiar with investment banking operations with relevant experience in project management and possess sound analytical skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
