Job Responsibilities:

• Business support and development of life insurance and MPF business
• Conduct Insurance and MPF market intelligence study to meet business objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product updating
• Provide training and sales support to front line advisors
• Assist supervisor to prepare insurance and MPF business strategic planning & overall implementation
• Responsible for developing and executing marketing / promotional campaigns
• Manage and handle compliance related matters
• Perform ad hoc project assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in insurance or financial services industry
• Passed in IIQE and MPF intermediaries examination
• A good team player and able to work independently
• Self-motivated, creative and able to work under pressure
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
