Senior Manager  – Trust Services (Ref No. HKTDB-025-2017)

A reputable China-based Bank in Macau is looking for a Relationship Manager with good knowledge in private trust. Theincumbent is accountable for the overall sales & marketing development and client support of the department.

崗位職務:

• 负责托管资産的会计核算与资産估值；
• 负责组织实施托管资産的安全保管与账户管理，按照监督法规和托管协议等的要求对管理人进行交易监督以及场内、场外托管资産的交易结算安排。
• 负责托管资産组合的利润分配与税收处理；
• 负责对托管资産及其净值等信息进行信息披露和提供定期报告；
• 负责组织、制定资産托管业务规章制度、操作流程及协议文本；
• 负责资産托管业务的风险管理；
• 负责托管业务系统建设；
• 负责汇总分析各营销部门及后台支援部门报送的资産托管业务统计资料，向总行、本地监管机构及本行相关部门报送各类托管业务报表。
  
  

崗位要求：

• 会计、经济、金融等专业大学本科以上学历；
• 3 - 5年（含）以上资产托管相关专业工作经验；
• 了解资本市场及外管政策、熟悉投资类托管会计核算、熟悉金融市场资金及证券交割流程;
• 具备银行托管业务系统建设经验;
• 具有较强的专业水平、风险分析能力、独立判断能力；
