Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group accounting function and day to day operations, supervise HK and work closely with PRC accounting team
• Review, prepare and analysis the Group consolidatedfinancial reports
• Responsible for the Group internal control and cash flow management
• Handle full set of accountsand in charge of audit work
• Responsible for payroll and commission calculation
• Liaise with external auditors and bankers and assist in ad hoc assignment as required

Job Requirements

• University graduate with degree in Finance or Accounting
• Qualified accountant with ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent qualification    
• At least 5 years of Trading / Manufacturing experience in Jewellery industry is preferred
• Solid experience in set up and development of accounting policies, procedures and inventory controls
• Possess experience in payroll and commission calculation, cash flow management as well as banking facilities
• Experience in company secretary and knowledge in ERP and Dynamic AX are definite advantages.
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving skills, independent, proactive, responsible and able to meet tight deadline
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in PC knowledge
• Occasional travel to China is required
• Immediate available or short notice highly preferred
